Silicon Valley Shotokan Karate

At Silicon Valley Shotokan Karate, we train hard but we also train smart, focusing on the "hows & whys" of what we aim to accomplish.  We use traditional techniques of Shotokan Karate, as practiced in Japan. But we are progressive in our teaching/training methodology, to help students reach their goals faster and gain a better understanding along the way.

Whether you are looking for self-defense skills, a great workout, experience in a traditional martial art, or any of the other possible benefits offered, you owe it to yourself to see how we can help you in your journey of self-improvement.
